Join this fast paced thoroughbred racing industry business in a role that drives the acquisition of new clients and raises the profile of the business.

The position is suited to a professional BDM (min 5 years experience) with an enthusiastic thoroughbred knowledge, though employment experience within the Horse Racing industry is not required.

Working closely with a lifetime industry breeding and racing professional, you will be mentored and work in collaboration on a daily basis.

The position is Melbourne/Victorian based, and may require some interstate and international travel from time to time.

You must have:

• – Proven B2B sales with exceptional relationship management
• – Experience in managing accounts with longterm relationship retention
• – Demonstrated experience in growing and creating new opportunities
• – A proactive and confident approach
• – Strong communication skills and an ability to converse with high level business people
• – High level of business acumen and entrepreneurial drive
• – Strong accounting, computing and IT skills
